I arrived right at opening time and had to stand in the rain and wait for them to unlock the doors. The front desk girls were very nice and informed me that the car I dropped off would be inspected right after a staff meeting. Later on in the day I contacted them to see what was taking so long and was informed that the inspector was running behind and hadn't got to my car yet. They called about an hour or so later and stated that the car was done.

Marla out front set the tone of good customer care right from our first steps into the shop. We were welcomed and all of our questions were answered. Once our turn arrived, and it was time for the bumpers and a quarter panel on our truck to be replaced, things were done promptly. It was very nice to see our clean truck returned to us 2 days BEFORE we thought we would get it back. Definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim
