These people were wonderful. Although we had problems contacting them because of cell tower issues. I made a trip to the offices and the service we got was the best. So friendly,sincere, and apologetic. Repair made quickly!

Too many channels that arent available because of contract disputes. We dont get PA sports. We pay for these channels and dont get them. Unproffessional attitudes of employees.

Vern was the Person that installed our Dish and he did a great job snd was very knowledgeable he was also very patient helping me to understand the remote. He did a great job!!!

Tammy and the crew did an awesome job in setting up my elderly parents who were so frustrated with a recent Comcast upgrade. Tammy took the time to walk them through the entire process and made sure they received any promotional offers Hans CederDale could offer. My mom is so excited to watch her favorite channels - plus have the opportunity to watch some new ones too!

Very poor experience with this company. They agreed to provide ongoing internet service to our home in Muncy Valley through the W3Go satellite system. Paid $211 for the modem in June. Worked for 4 months, then the system went down, allegedly due to the provider trying to upgrade their server. The system literally never came back online! The rep at Hans Cedardale would say things like "this has never happened before, but it will be corrected soon." After many calls and store visits, it became apparent that they were not going to be able to provide continued service. The rep even agreed and said she didn't blame us for going with another provider. Despite the blatant breach of contract (ie failing to provide an ongoing viable service), Cederdale refused to refund the $211 for the proprietary router we had returned to them. Can you believe it??? I will be pursuing this before the district justice, under Pennsylvania's Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (which affords triple damages and counsel fees for such conduct). Be careful if you are considering this company!!!

I would not recommend them. I have been out of internet service for over 2 months and they are still billing me for the service. I have contacted them several times and all they say is they are working on it. I will be contacting the BBB on them today.

Great people to deal with, they drove an hour and a half to get here. Very professional installation and explanation of services. If you want dish go with a local installer like Hans CedarDale Satellite!
