I was there today to return something and white color hair woman she wasn’t happy to work there or to help people the way how she is talking make our conversation negative another thing she said that they don’t tape boxes and I said when I did same thing in another usps they didn’t say anything and that’s why I didn’t know about it but no she is continue the negative conversation which usps? where ? asked white hair color woman and I answered.Ok at the end there wasn’t just me 2 more people were waiting and I said my card is ready to pay the tape fee and she said no I don’t have to pay ?well well I hope it’s just for one time if you don’t know you don’t know .USPS you guys need to teach your stuff how to serve people

I'm having a mail forwarding issue. It's not yet resolved, but the lady working here is incredibly nice and helpful. I really appreciate the effort to get a resolution to my situation.

The young blonde kid at the counter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He would not let me speak and kept cutting me off. I asked for help to send something and he was arrogant and snarky.

System needs revamped. This automated phone thing is ridiculous.You go through the motions and prompts that you want to speak to someone and they hang up on you. Me and others getting wrong mail and missing package.

lived here for 2 yrs now. Scheduled a pick up at the regular delivery time and instead they held my mail. Never picked up my package.

We now have an incompetent carrier who took over our route this summer. He seems to have a fun time jumbling everyone's mail on our block; we also haven't received magazine subscriptions since he took over.
