He was wonderful and on time. He explained the problem in detail and was very professional. He responded to the call for help in a timely manner. The service is a rare combination of great professional service from a small business that you can depend on. He fixed the freezer, dryer and oven, make them run like new. He was very informative about the problem and the repair. He showed up when he said he would and was straightforward about the cost. He gave a warranty and was courteous, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Very disappointed. He did come twice, said he guarenteed his work but twice the refrig quite working. The first call he responded quickly but after that he would not answer.
