rudest employees known to man kind. went in twice in one day to try and return one thing and they gave me two different bs excuses on why they couldn’t take it. how does a post office not have a free piece of TAPE to seal a package? unbelievable

Wish I could give 0 stars. Rude! No help. The woman was so unkind. Don’t go there.

Good location. Nice and clean. People who write negative reviews probably haven't been in Philadelphia locations!

The most rude, but also a scary USPS employees I have ever had to deal with. I felt threatened by the lady’s death stare she was giving me because I used a hand sanitizer. I asked her if I could help her, and she just blurted out an excuse saying that she was “giving me a minute” to dry my fingers, but I genuinely felt threatened for a minute because I don’t know this person and what they are capable of. I have no idea what that was about, but I do not want to come back to this location again.

I wish I could give zero stars however this is not an option. Every time I have been here the people are so rude whether it’s a female or a male they’re rude, ignorant, and they need to change the atmosphere. Not sure if it’s the cintura here or what. I live in the area and dread coming in here. Change the employees. No one is approachable here.

I had a 1:30 appointment for a new passport app based on the fact I had been told by a very nice female postal associate that my original passport, issued in 1993, was too old. When I arrived for my appointment, a male associate was very short, at first handed me an application for a new passport. I then inquired about my expired passport. He very rudely handed me a renewal app and said I don't need an appointment. As it turns out, he was wrong and rude. I do need an appointment and a new passport app.A waste of my time

Miserable group of people. I honestly don’t know how they have jobs. They are never nice. They never smile. They’re never polite. You asked them a question and they barely conform sentences sometimes to answer you. They talk down to you and make you feel like an idiot because you don’t know, the answer to your question that they should be experts at answering. I don’t think they actually know the answers themselves. How do you have And treat people like this

I usually don’t expect much from post office workers but unfortunately my usual (in Spring House) was not offering the mailing option I was hoping for. Both employees here were rude and disinterested in actually helping customers. If you’re that unhappy where you work, maybe retail is not for you.

the worst usps location to go to. stuff always not welcoming, grumpy, not helpful at all. i am a new mother and keep forgetting and buying a roll of a tape at their office. this time i forgot a tape with a baby in the car, ran out to make a package drop off (of course they don’t have printing services as well as they don’t print usps prepaid shipping labels) and i honestly forgot the tape again. being overwhelmed and in a rush i asked for a literally 2in piece of tape max since the label was nicely tucked in the box and had to be secured a little on on of the sides. the clerk’s number is 15 (from the receipt) and the lady was not even trying to help and said go buy your own tape we don’t have one. when i mentioned other post offices normally have tapes she told me she has some priority tape and i need to pay more for my prepaid label since the tiny piece of tape in the corner world make it priority (is that really so???). the woman is not helpful, rude and not humane at all. i did silently purchased another roll of tape and never coming back to this post office again. i would not even start with another story when we did out passports at the same location…. i thought i would not leave a bad review cause i didn’t feel like spreading negative into the universe (wouldn’t it come back to me?)… but having multiple unpleasant experiences - i prefer not to come back and rather drive to further location but with more pleasant and helpful employees. this location is by far the worst one in the area

You are better off picking an entirely different post office. I wish the federal government would actually fire people. J a Red is exceptionally unhelpful, does not even attempt to make you think he wants to be helpful, and lacks competence in every realm you would reasonably expect of a human in a public setting…. To include his job. He is flat out miserable which is tolerable if he were good at his job, but he is terrible at his job. Bang your head off of a wall several times before going here to feel what it’s like before you actually go there.
