Quite literally the worst travel experience of my life!!!! I stayed a month had to have my room changed 4 times, leaking room, ants, TV and internet would not work it took over a week to be repaired, and than while ill refused to extend my reservation! Harassed via chat by their receptionist, and then emails from their GM I had to block! Better off staying in a motel for the $3500 plus a month!

My room got ants in it coming out of the sink. Man went l got here was rude. 93 out and the pool not open.
Rooms: 1 bed small kitchen bathroom is ok

We had a wonderful stay on such short notice. Loved the peaceful atmosphere nice location from where we needed it to be. A great stay overall.

DON'T STAY HERE! Stayed here one night for a work trip, reserved rooms a month in advance, upon arrival, a coworker and I had to wait 15-30 minutes for our individual rooms to be ready, meanwhile the receptionist is in an argument with one of the maids. My room was sub par, the compressor on the fridge was loud and there was trash still in the room. The breakfast was atrocious, while checking out in the morning, there was a customer yelling at a receptionist. My co-worker received a $250 smoking fee (he doesn't smoke, never has), after calling about this fee, the receptionist stated the maids had found multiple cigarette butts, he requested a picture, and they sent a picture of ash, this was probably due to our rooms not being ready and the maids not being thorough prior to us going in our rooms.

We drove 6 hrs here to see a dr in the area and planned extra time for traffic and weather, they were able to get us checked in quite early with no issues. They were very accommodating of my service dogs. The staff was helpful and polite. The gentleman checking is in was very personable. We had an issue with the surgery center closing for an incoming storm, and the hotel had no issue altering out reservations. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area .

Nice place, easy to get to and convenient to many eateries and attractions. There was a minor issue with our room but they quickly swapped us to another without problem. Very kind.

The location of this hotel is great for us. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and keep coming back. The hotel is not brand new but well kept and clean. The staff is the best... Friendly and accommodating. We'll be back whever we are in town. THANK YOU!

Had an amazing stay here! Everything was clean, hotel staff was friendly, and breakfast was great. The housekeeping manager, Jackie, was very friendly and does a great job maintaining the place!!

Most amazing place to have a hotel and the staff where amazing made my stay like I was family always greated with a smile always asked if I needed anything place was very clean and had all the top places to visit as a passerby staying here was my favorite hotel as I have Ben traveling would recommend to anyone that will be staying in this areaRooms: Room was very spacious and clean was amazingNearby activities: Many places to eat amazing restaurants around hereSafety: Very safe always has somebody to ask for help if needed very light and very safe place to stayWalkability: Places around here are safe and nice to walk beautiful parks and amazing viewsFood & drinks: Breakfast was what I needed to start my day and was provided to me with care

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This hotel CHOSE to host our hockey team and put themselves on the list. We rented 20 rooms totally over $10,000 and within 12 hours of arriving started to receive threats of kicking us out because they could "hear too many foot steps" and "the kids were playing football in the parking lot" at 2:00pm in the afternoon! At 8:45 PM they called the police to come and kick us out. The front end manager walked into one of our families rooms without consent! When the police arrived I had 5 kids in my room playing cards on the floor. We were told we had 2 hours to leave the place, with NO WHERE to go as we were 5 hours from home. The hotel & local police were OK with putting minors out on the streets with no where to go. The staff is rude and they allow people to "live" there with HUGE aggressive Rottweilers. DO NOT STAY HERE. This location does NOT represent the MARRIOTT brand. DISGUSTING!!
