“Over 6 months ago my 2013 6 speed manual BMW328i had 'misfiring cylinders?' ,often barely running .Had taken car to my regular mechanic 5 times ! Engine lite kept coming back and running poorly again after a week. One visit to Waynes, they found and repaired misfiring coil and cleaned all other plugs,wires,contacts, etc. Cars been running well since! Reasonable fee. What a relief! Thx Tom! My new shop now. Highly recommend!”
“Unfortunately I have been here 3 times. 3 different cars and 3 different accidents!!!!. The manager Jason is the best!!! He knows his stuff and is very professional. And as far as the finished product? Well they are hands down the best I have ever seen!!! The cars look brand new like off the showroom floor!! “After my 2005 Honda was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company would have totaled it, my service station recommended Carlson's. When Carlson’s called with an estimate, my son, who knows cars, talked with Greg Bowen, after which he assured me that the estimate was a bargain, and I would be lucky if they could fix the car for that amount. They did! It looks better than before it was hit, it is spotless inside and out, and best of all, even though the itemized bill was higher by several hundred dollars than their first assessment, they only charged me the original estimate. I cannot recommend them too highly.”
