Julie was excellent helping me with an international wire this morning. I'm only giving 3 stars though because this is supposedly "America's most convenient bank" but there are no branches in California. Very inconvenient in my opinion.

TD Bank is the worst bank in the world. They charged a $14 maintenance fee because my checking account had a balance of 0 for 21 days.

Mostly positive experiences with staff but honestly, it depends on the day. I’ve met very pleasant staff and also, very rude to staff here both on the phone, in-person, & in the drive through. It’s a hit or miss!

I don't bank here but when my car broke down across the street the manager was very helpful and let us wait for the tow truck in their conference room

Julie/Julia was offensive, unhelpful, disgruntled and inconvenienced. She didnt want to help ppl bc she had to close IN AN HOUR!!! Like that's not enough time!? Hmmm. That's how 15 year customers are treated? She didnt even ask my wife's name. That's how inconvenienced she was by customers being at the bank. She even sent 4 customers to other branches. An hour before closing!!! She could've handled the business just in the time it took to turn ppl away.

Should be doing more for long time customers that don’t have id/wallet with them to take small amount of cash out. If I have pictures of my id and all other personal info and my apply pay. ESP Since the td bank atm does not have the cardless Apple pay features. It’s 2021. Disappointing

Went thru the drive thru. I was the 2nd person but in a different car line. The service was excellent. Covid precautions followed. Keep your pen. I was in and out in ample time. There is also an option to go into the building. I chose to go thru drive.

Wow been waiting here to make a deposit and been waiting 20 minutes since one guy is actually helping people and the other lady isn't doing anything. Then this guy working in merrill edge brought a lady out of his room and asked the teller to help her before me like uh she should wait in line like the rest of us and the teller didn't even help me he said he couldn't take cash??? Like what??? Isn't this a bank what bank doesn't take cash. I don't frickin understand.
