I was coming from a nursing school close by preparing for a graduation last minute and quite anxious about the different parts that were going into making this happen for the students tomorrow.

While USave doesn't pick up items for shipping, I hired a Taskrabbit person to courier the items and USave shipped them for half of my original quote. Thanks to all who made this work!”

“I had a fingerprinting appointment that started with a hitch because the company didn't send the code in my email. Jimmy stepped up right away and was so very helpful and genuinely friendly. He made sure I was able to complete the process correctly from beginning to end. I was very appreciative of his help.

“ive been here multiple times within this month. its the holiday season and giving gifts to friends/family across the states (and even so far into canada) usually causes a lot of troubles each year. ive been to a few stores/postal services but this one is so close and has been very reliable so far. workers from other places get visibly upset when i notice i need to file through customs with them; this store, and the workers more specifically, have been extremely patient and willing to help me through any issue and problem. in this past two weeks i have been here twice (so far) and both times i was met with a worker named Johnathan (i hope i spelled his name right.) He has been so kind towards me and has the desire to help. even if i dont know what all of these abbreviations mean, or know a lot about how packages are shipped, i always feel welcomed when i go to this store. thank you for being so cooperative and compassionate, this goes to all of the workers here. i wish you all a warm holiday and a safe new year <3”

They provide all the services expected of a UPS store. There’s mailboxes located in the store, with printers. They accept Comcast, Peco, Ace PGW bill payments, sell money orders, PA lottery tickets and 99 cent greeting cards.There’s metered parking in front- an hour for a quarter, and parking in the rear of the store. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. “Prompt, Curious Service” is what’s stated on the store’s window front. At this UPS Store location, that’s exceeded.”

“I love this little quaint Post Office and the Staff.
The only scary part is when the patrons get out of their cars and walk behind the cars in the parking lot. Parked cars or some drivers waiting and looking to make sure no one is behind them. Is there anyway you can put up a notice on the entrance door, For safety and less stress, " Please use the sidewalk to enter the building"? I almost hit an elderly little person. I was in no hurry to leave. Truck was taller.”

I caught Donte just as he was leaving and I would have respectfully come back the next day but he assured me that picking up my package was fine! “Went recently for our passport applications and we had absolutely no issues. I’m assuming some of the other reviews are just outdated or exaggerated. The staff was very nice and had us in and out in about 15 minutes.If you want your passport application to go smoothly, be prepared! You can fill out your forms electronically on the US government passport website and have it printed out before arriving. Also, make sure you have all of the identification paperwork needed and make copies (front and back) to save yourself and the employees time. Don’t show up unorganized and missing items, it’s unnecessary wasted time.Also, book an appointment for your visit. Trust me, you can think ahead and do this step. You’re going to help yourself a ton.Like I said, people who had a bad experience must have been people who showed up without an appointment, had to wait (understandably), and/or came unprepared. The employees doing the passports are the same ones running the main desk so they’re doing double duty. The least you can do is come prepared and make all of your lives easier.”
