I recently purchased a vehicle and had a very positive experience. I worked with Courtney and Nolan who were extremely attentive and professional. They made the car buying experience fun I would highly recommend them!

I had an exceptional time. Wendy is a great advisor and the rest of the department is wonderful as well. The technician Ray was great too and sent a video that was perfect.

First I'd like to acknowledge my own stupidity. I have a dodge and online I scheduled service on the Ford side. That was my fault and maybe I'm a little dumb but I don't think anyone should be treated as if they're dumb regardless. So my appointment was for 9am and I dropped my car off before they opened so I can go home to get some sleep before job #2. I wake up at 1 wondering why I haven't heard ANYTHING from them. When I arrive, no one was helpful so I follow where I think I should go until finally I'm acknowledged and questioned on what I need. After explaining I had an appointment at 9am and dropped it off in the morning, I'm asked what kind of car and when I say Dodge I'm immediately condescended to. No big deal, because I know it makes no sense to bring my car here when they literally are connected to their own dodge dealership. Doing my best to finish a sentence even though it's clear this lady wants to dismiss my dumb self, I explain to her I know I made that mistake but I dropped my key off on their side and everything. I'm told that doesn't matter they send dodges over there if they get them. On my way over I see my car unmoved, I go back in to make sure she's sure (I wish I got this lady's name) she is sure (I'm obviously such an idiot) so I go to dodge. To be clear the dodge people were attentive and pleasant and moved to acknowledge me right away when I came in.Anyways, after looking for me because, (Shocker, they didn't have it.) it turns out the Ford side DID HAVE MY KEY FOB AND CAR. So I'm so frustrated at this point, (Dodge side was so nice) I go back, walk past multiple Chapman ford employees to the back desk where the lady who thinks I'm an idiot is, and she's just like he has it and points to the dude who ignored me when I walked in. I go back to him, he hands me my fob minimal acknowledgment because ya know I'm a 3rd class citizen who is clearly dumb, and my car was untouched from 9am to 2pm despite filling out contact information AND HAVING AN APPOINTMENT! So my dumb self could tell right away that my car was still at the Ford place and obviously the MINIMAL amount of effort to just check would have kept me from being late to work, but instead I was dismissed and ignored and my time was so ridiculously disregarded. Like how do you not at least call me and say wrong side, come get your card to schedule another day? Why didn't the website fix it when they got my vin? Like what? This is only my second time at this Chapman and the first time was wonderful which is why I can back. But guess who served me? The Dodge side. Maybe it was the way I looked. I dont look rich. I was in my work uniform.Maybe she didn't like something else about me? Idk. 3 times the charm I guess. Wish their website had a place to reach out to and complain because I'm so tight on time and I have never had my time wasted like this before. Or treated like I'm dumb like this before.

Beware of Chapman Ford in Horsham. Recently took my vehicle in for inspection and oil change. Dealer suggested replacing the cabin air filter, which I had replaced on my own and within 30 seconds, but they determined the vehicle that has 15k miles needed a "second" brand new filter to be installed in less than 6 months. When I installed a few months back, the filter cost me $13. They felt $108 was a fair price for me to pay. I decided to ok to order to see how they would proceed and I guess they felt taking advantage of me seemed to be worth it. This vehicle sits in my driveway most days as my wife and myself work from home full time. It's not the money, as much as they ripped me off with parts I didn't need. Don't fall victim as I did. Save yourself money and look elsewhere for service. They have lost a customer in me, and when both my Ford leases are up in 1 year, Chapman will be off my list to buy/lease or service my vehicles.

Worked with Nick (Jan 2023), and though we couldn't work a deal that was within my desired price range, he answered all of my questions, I went out for a test drive, and at no time did I feel any pressure. He didn't waste my time, I didn't waste his, and we parted with a handshake. When I go back (when the market returns to normal); I'll most definitely work with Nick. And too, on the vehicle I looked at (new), no markup over MSRP, and in fact, they were willing to offer a discount off of MSRP.

Chris Rowe and Reuben Guntipally were the best! Their customer service was top notch. As Chris said, I was a hard negotiator but he took it all with a smile. I would love to work with them again.

Ordered a new Mustang in June and have been waiting for a build date; instead I get an email 4 months later that my car can't be built for 2022 and I need to start the process over again and order a 2023. Never was I told that this was a possibility and I have the financing set up already. They have lost a customer

I purchased my new truck from this dealership and waited approximately 8-9 months from order date to pickup date. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is they honored 4% below invoice; however, they would not honor Price Protection that Ford automatically gives. What they do is receive the money from Ford after they sell you your vehicle. My guess is to offset the costs they lose from the 4% off invoice. The other reason they offer 4% below invoice, which they were open about, is to increase monthly allotments from Ford. The fact that they tell you they will not honor Price Protection but still collect the money from Ford is a very shady practice! The main reason I am giving this such a low rating is mainly due to the unprofessionalism that their Sales Manager, John C, gives to their customers. After being berated by him on the phone for approx 15 mins, he finally apologized after he realized how poorly he was speaking to me. My buddy, who was listening to the conversation, couldn't even believe how he spoke to me. Long story short (without the curse words) he was telling me that I can either do it on his time and their way or I could pack sand and wait another 9 months at another dealership to get my truck. He also goes on to tell me that he can't wait to retire after 40 years because of customers like me. I have never been treated in such a poor manner as I had by their Sales Manager. All I wanted to do was pick up my truck that had been sitting on their lot for 2 weeks, after patiently waiting 8 months. He should be fired or retire, ASAP! Also, after picking up my truck, I noticed a bunch of black spots throughout the truck. My truck is Silver. They told me they detailed it, which it was obvious they did not. The 4% is not worth the headache. I spoke to a few other guys on FB group chat that stated that had a similar experience at this dealership and issues with the same sales manager. This dealership lacks professionalism and lack of communication. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

This place is garbage. We had to special order a Grand Cherokee L for the sole purpose of getting a hitch on it to tow our camper trailer. We talked to the sales associated for 20 minutes about the camper. When the Jeep gets there, there's no hitch on the car. Apparently, the tow package doesn't come with the hitch and is not pre-wired at all. The sales associate took no responsibility, didn't apologize, and said that he didn't know that we needed a hitch. How that's possible, I have no idea. When we asked to speak with the manager, they handed us $500 and told us to go to U-haul. U-haul told us they can't do these installations. When we went back to Chapman, they made us call other businesses and wouldn't even reach out to other Jeep dealers to figure out how to fix it. When we finally got someone to give us answers, it turned out that the hitch wasn't even available for purchase for 4 weeks. If the dealer didn't know that, who would?! It took 3 months and cost $2,700 total before the hitch was installed. When we called back, they blamed us, refused to give us the remainder of the cost, and literally offered us nothing to make up for this. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

Do not get your car serviced here. Ridiculously expensive... $90 for an oil change. Only good for vehicle recalls which are free.

I feel ripped off / robbed. The prices were outrageous. Diagnosis fees are gouging and the fact that they don't apply the fee towards the repair is just disgustingly greedy.

I ordered/purchased a vehicle through Chapman. Throughout the entire purchase process, I continued to be transferred from one person to another, and never dealt with the same person. I ended up dealing with 7 different people in total I believe. Once the pickup was built/delivered to Chapman, then I had to start dealing with John, who I believe is a Manager. He provided the paperwork, which showed quite a bit more than our in-writing agreed-upon price. I called them out on unspecified fees and incorrect pricing. When I brought this up, John became angry on the phone raising his voice at me, and told me "I should just trust them". I had to continue going back and forth with him until the undefined fees magically disappeared. Then he told me he would mail me an actual paper copy of the contract to go over before I flew out, but of course, he never mailed it. Chapman also would not support Ford's Price Protection, which Ford Corporate has confirmed is legitimate. I flew from CA to PA and had an appointment at 9:00 AM with John. Due to flight issues, I didn't arrive at the airport until ~11:00 AM. They scheduled me a Lyft, and I eventually got to the dealership around noon. Once I was there, several people including John were sitting around and too busy to help me. John immediately pawned me off to a sales guy named James. James had to be the one to tell me, that my vehicle was not even prepped yet and it would be a while as they just got started on it. Are you kidding me? I had an appointment to pick up my vehicle several hours earlier, which had been scheduled a week prior, that I flew across the entire country to get. And they couldn't even have the truck ready yet. James was very courteous and helpful, and I believe was just forced to be the one to give me that bad news. Then I dealt with Alex for the finance side of things, and he was helpful too. After going through all the pricing again, and re-printing 7 different long paper contracts I finally got the vehicle for the price I ordered it for, less the Ford Price Protection. However, the savings I received was not worth the hassle of doing business with Chapman and I would not recommend them, nor ever do business with them again. I am glad Ford Corporate is surveying my experience and I hope will weed out dealerships such as this one. It makes for a truly upsetting experience in purchasing their products. Note: James and Alex were great to deal with, but the rating is for Chapman as a business and, unfortunately, they work there.

I want to be very clear that the initial rating I had in my mind was a 4* due strictly to the fact that we bought a car which had a hanging caliper and started to affect us on our drive from the dealership to our home. Furthermore, we were told that they would not pay for towing and the car had to be serviced at their dealership for it to get fixed at no charge. However, they get many, many stars for the following: Chapman Ford went out of their way to ensure that we were a happy customer. Not only did they honor the vehicle they sold us, by repairing everything free of charge, but they ended up paying for our tow service (it wasn't technically safe to drive due to a hanging caliper which can cause the transmission stress if you drive it). Finally, we were willing to go pick it up over the weekend, but the very next day they called us and said the car was fixed and they would be dropping off the car at our house. Well, we ended up receiving the car the day that they told us in perfectly good working order and with a check in hand of the amount for the towing service. I mean I have rarely seen this accountability and timeliness in the car industry. I will say this was one of the most professional and upstanding things I have ever experienced and would not hesitate to purchase from them again! Purchased: Used 2014 Mustang for my son!!! :)

I am a CA resident, and I ordered an F-150 from Tom and Kyle from this dealership. I have bought from out of state only a few times, yet it only took 4 emails from me from start to finish. Super easy.
