If you don't have enough staff to work than schedule less appts. An hour wait is ridiculous especially to pee in a cup. Also hire a damn receptionist. If I have a choice to ever come back here I won't. Terrible customer service. And judging the reviews quest doesn't really care about your time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Seriously. Drive the extra miles or minutes... you'll probably save yourself so much time.

I had a bad experience with a blood draw at a different Quest location where they couldnt get the vein and I got faint and ended up leaving without having completed my blood work. I went to the Horsham, PA Quest the following day and explained my prior experience to Sasha, the phlebotomist who was helping me. She listened to me and made adjustments to the blood draw, using a smaller needle, and was successful on her first attempt. She made sure I was okay and was so kind and considerate. I cannot thank her enough!

I highly recommend this site for they're professionism. I did not even have an appointment and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. Both ladies were a pleasure to speak with.

The two phlebotomists here are wonderful! Every time I have to come get anything, (which has been a lot since I am due in June and have to get a good amount of blood works and glucose tests done) I’ve had a great experience! I even got my locations mixed up when I had to schedule an 3 hour glucose test and they took me right away even though it wasn’t the location I had originally scheduled for accidentally. I will continue to use this location to get other tests done as I am always welcomed warmly and efficiently!
