Staff and upper management are wonderful to work with. They are accommodating and provide options on multiple levels for use and costs. They are more than willing to come on site and work with us one on one to make sure we are getting the most efficient and effective options as well. Our Roche and (my) relationship with LabRepCo is very reputable and I look forward to future interactions.

LabRepCo is truly a wonderful company who have helped immensely to furnish our labs with critical scientific equipment. Even several years after the purchase, their customer service is stellar with quick turnaround time. We have valued our relationship with LabRepco over the past decade and they continue to be a great resource with competitive pricing.

LabRepCo has some great employees that go above and beyond to help you get pricing and available. Steven has just been great with texting, emailing and grabbing my calls to help me start up a new buildings labs. Even late at night he is responding when he should be asleep. Great team and excellent service provider.

The sales representative I worked with, Mr. Wakefield, helped me better understand the different capabilities offered by the different available products, and really helped to clarify any questions I had about LN2 cooling as a whole. And when he didn't have answers to the questions I needed, he scheduled meetings with industry veterans to make sure I had all of the necessary information. I could not have asked for better customer service, and I look forward to working with LabRepCo and Mr. Wakefield again.
