I got my kitchen countertops, and it looks amazing. The customer service here was impeccable. From deciding which countertops to go with Sev has great customer service. She is awesome and very proactive in helping her customers. The guys that came out to install were also very professional and efficient. This was my first experience with them and will not be the last. I'm glad I choose them.

My experiences with Keystone have been excellent. They are so exceptional, I'd work for them! Keystone has a varied selection of stone slabs and the warehouse is easy to walk through. The staff and service get a five star rating. It's so rare to come across this high level of customer service: They are genuine, helpful, courteous and warm. I bought a slab of beautiful quartzite. I'd been looking for months at various granite shops, and never saw what I was looking for until I came to Keystone Granite. I constantly get compliments on it. They also installed a small piece of granite for my bathroom, and had it done pronto. I can't say enough about how much I value this company.

Absolutely the best! Sev took the time to walk us through the showroom and help us find the perfect granite for our project. No high pressure sell, and prices were close to half of some of the big box chains. Turnaround time is quick. Installers were great, precise and friendly. We have used Keystone for 3 baths and entire kitchen and I would highly recommend checking them out.

The Horsham location was great to work with! I sent a specification for a quartz product I really liked from a specific manufacturer, and they were able to price that and show me similar options at a much lower price point. We visited the showroom and they were great at answering our questions and showing us around. Their responses are timely and prices fair. The install crew was also excellent - really impressed with their hard work and expertise! Would recommend their Horsham location to anyone.

We had a great experience at Keystone Marble and Granite. Great selection and customer service. Sev was very patient and responsive and she helped us all the way through the process. They are true experts. Our quartzite countertop looks fantastic. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend Keystone.

We used Keystone Marble and Granite to purchase and install our new kitchen quartz countertops and are absolutely thrilled with the product and service we received. Burak guided us through the process of choosing the stone and gave helpful insight, pricing, etc..as we explored the slabs which led us to making a well informed decision. Scheduling was prompt and the installers were both courteous and skilled. I contacted Burak with follow up questions and he got back to me promptly each time.Note for readers: This review is of the Keystone Marble and Granite in Horsham. All Keystones are not one and the same!

I found this place with my sister and I was sold. If you're looking for a new countertop this is the place to go to. Ask for Sev! She was personable and knowledgeable. She made the decision easy for my sister and I. Turn over time was fast and easy, from choosing the slab to templating to installation everything was quick. Even the crew who installed the countertop were on time and helpful and professional. I highly recommend anyone needing a slab of great quality stone.

Ordered our countertop, wasn't home when it came to be installed. If I was, I would have had them take it back. There were areas that were not polished properly and the area around the sink was clearly damaged and filled in with resign, and looked awful. They had sent a couple of workers to try and correct it, didn't go well. The second time they sent workers I requested a manager to come out. We didn't want them to remove the countertop for fear of them damaging the New Cabinets. Although they did attempt to correct it, it was not accomplished. Again, the countertop should never have been sent for installation. Quality control is missing.

I would definitely recommend keystone granite and tile to anyone looking to change their countertop, my husband and I were very nervous to purchase such an expensive item and not knowing what we’re looking for . we picked this place because it was close to our home and so thankful we did. Ken was very friendly and patient with us, showed us all the quartz slabs ,gave us samples and after we made our decision they sent someone out to make a template. Very easy. We love it and can’t thank them enough. Beautiful job!!

I would recommend Keystone of Horsham Pa to my best friends. I am really pleased with the job they did.My job required some shimming of the cabinet tops to make up for the distance between my old counter tops -1 1/2" and my new quartz tops - 1 3/16", in order to have a small as possible seam between the new counter tops and my existing back splash. If they had simply placed the new tops without the shimming, the resulting seam would have been noticabley too wide. Other installers said they didn't do that kind of customization. They color matched the seam to the color of the existing grout. It looks great. Also, they tweeked the supports of the farmhouse undermount sink(which had been installed by another firm before the counter top installation) so that it fit snugly against the underside of the counter top.After the install, they forgot to put in two screws to anchor the front of the dish washer to the counter top. I called them, and they sent out someone the next day to put the screws..To sum up: great workmanship, great followup.

Ken and his team are very accommodating, friendly and professional. Ken even provided an on-site visit off-hours to ensure we were satisfied with our template measurements. They did a great job helping me choose options for our kitchen countertop and installation went just as expected. I highly recommend Keystone Granite & Tile and would be happy to work with them again in future.

We were referred to Keystone Granite and Tile in Horsham by our Contractor. I would highly recommend them. They were extremely helpful and courteous. They had so many beautiful options in was hard to make a decision. Our countertops were installed professionally and they look great. I can't thank them enough.
