This review is on Allstate not this location. I’ve had home insurance with them for 14 years and I did one claim that whole time which wasn’t major . This time I had major damit that left me with no working kitchen . I filed the claim as an emergency on June 14th till this day August 4th it still has not been resolved. The claim agent is slow, doesn’t know what they’re doing, never came to the house for an inspection . They are low balling me on the payment to get my kitchen back up and running at this point I’m going to have to come out my pocket thousands of dollars to restore my kitchen . What the point of having insurance if this is the result. After this I will be rethinking my relationship with Allstate for both properties I own . Very unhappy customer.

I have never been so Impressed by an Insurance Agency. My Carney and His staff made us feel welcome, took the time to see what we needed and then made recommendations for coverage that met our needs and our budget. It was nice to find someone who cares about me and my family. They are The best agents in the Philly area.
