I hate this location!! it’s a shame because they have nice items but only go here if you feel like waiting a long time. They also don’t accept apple pay. The lady Nicole with glasses and a bun was not very nice either.

LOVE... LOVE... Hobby Lobby, there are lots more options than other craft stores, and pricing is better. The only issue I had was the customer service people on the floor are not friendly or helpful.

I have been here only twice specifically to purchase carbon paper and found that they also have fabrics.. This store made an impression on me and I think you will likely find just about anything that you will need in your arts and crafting projects and more.

Called for an item check. Got transferred twice and put on hold twice then after exactly 25 minutes of waiting, I gave up. Called back again and was told the associate got distracted but still couldn't help. Not reliable, definitely poor customer service. Need better training.

I was in your store 2 weeks ago. The selection is great. I picked up a new wall decor item for $49.99. I got to the register and was told it wasn’t on sale. I then asked to speak to a manager. The Store Manager and Assistant Manager then came up. They both argued with me that it wasn’t on sale. I then told them there was a sign. The Assistant then rolled her eyes like she was possessed by a demon. I asked for corporates number and I will not be shopping here again. I will go to Michael’s instead…
