My 15 year old daughter had the best experience today. She is self conscious about her short hair. But she came out saying “I feel so pretty!”
Stylist: Sue was my daughter’s stylist. We are definitely requesting her again next time.

I called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get her hair was/dried/curled/styled for her engagement shoot. She was scheduled with Amber. I explained what the appointment was being made for when making the appointment. Fast forward to today 6/13 she arrives for her appointment and Amber ask her how much she wanted cut off. My daughter explained what the appointment was for and was told no that’s not what you are scheduled for. After getting that straight she doesn’t wash or dry my daughter’s hair but uses dry shampoo. She curls my daughter’s hair. Doesn’t style it and sends her on her way. 55.00 later my daughter leaves very upset her hair looking terrible and she has to be at her photo shoot in 2 hours. This is inexcusable and they should refund her money.

Things were fine in the salon, but by the time I got home, I could tell that my bangs were noticeably uneven. The rest of my hair looked a little uneven, but I attributed that to the hair getting a bit wavy as it dried. I straightened my hair and I can see so clearly how uneven it is. One side is longer than the other. The layers seem wrong. The more I looked, the more I find wrong. But I'm upset, so of course I'm going to hyperfocus on any little thing that's wrong.
I feel like I need to find some way to fix it, but I'm upset enough at this moment that I don't know what to do. I don't love my hair at all. I should've gone somewhere else. I regret going to the salon.
They were really nice though, so that's something, I guess. It was clean, too.

Been going to Horsham for many years. Serviceable, even if they don’t listen and at the end you have to explain again what you want and have them continue to cut until you get what you want. This even after seeing the same stylists repeatedly. I’ve got my hair cut a few times and I can tell the difference between a stylist who listens and one who cuts the way they want to cut every clients hair. Lately (last few years) this location is usually understaffed compared to other locations. That tells you something. Went to get a haircut two weeks ago, with appointment. No stylists available, I don’t have time to wait around, that’s why we make appointments. Today the reason is they don’t have the appointment. I’m done, I won’t be coming back. “Sorry to hear that”, as in, don’t let the door hit you on the way out. Nice. And it ain’t 15 bucks any more, it’s 30. I’m not dropping 30 bucks for lousy service. Plenty of other options in the neighborhood.

I have a child with Autism and this is the only place I am able to get his hair cut without issues. Joe is the best but there have been times when he was not there and other hairdressers have cut his hair and they all have been great and super patient with my little guy.

RudeWent in to get a haircut - NO ONE was there - a ghost town... the lady didn't even say hello. "I can't cut your hair" "I am booked all day" with not a soul in sight... I just turned around and walked away - customer service was a zero
