Recently tried out a new Great Clips place. Tara cut my hair. She was very efficient, detailed oriented, listened to all my requests, and overall did an excellent job. Makes me wanna go here again! ???????

I registered from home and when I arrived at the shop I was greeted and taken quickly. The stylist was friendly, I didn't recognize her. My haircut is good; I have a couple other stylists at this shop that I like to have do my hair but they were not there that day. I wish they would put a name plate or name badge on. There are always new faces and it is difficult to remember names.

The staff here are always courteous and they’ve been cutting my kids hair since the kids were toddler. Online check in definitely cuts down on the wait time.

This salon great neat clean and it is busy and yes it requires some waiting sometimes...But hey think about it people why would one go for a cut if they are in a rush?? IN that case they should have come earlier or even a day or so before! Sometimes people don't want to talk and why should they? I'd rather focus than conversation.. Great Job GCS!!

Went to the Great Clips in Horsham once, and will never be going back. It’s like a factory in there getting you in and as fast as possible pushing you out. There were 7 staff members. Not one of them was talking to each other or their customers. I understand that the more people you serve the more money you get and at the end of the day that’s why they are there, but it was a horrible experience for me. I was in and out in 11 minutes. The person cutting my hair had it written all over her face that she wants me out of her chair as soon as possible. She didn’t say one word to me except for “what would you like?” If she slowed down and just took a few more minutes maybe she wouldn’t have shaved a bald spot into the back of my head. I went there for $11.99 promotion to see what it’s all about and see what I’m getting. It’s true, you pay for what you get. They could run a promotion for free haircuts and I wouldn’t go back. Save your money and either have a family member or friend cut your hair or even do it yourself. It’ll turn out better.

Horrible. I went in yesterday with hair to my backside. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. I got nothing close. My hair is now an inch past my shoulders. She did nothing that was discussed. Part my fault as I didn't ask her to see the back while cutting. Needless to say now I am devastated with my hair cut. If you are not looking for a trim or a mans cut don't go here.
