I had A TERRIBLE Experience ! With the Owner in Asking a Question , before and After I Paid , I was watching how a Customer as About Stamp App for their Business for Discount off , IAM Black and Didn’t want it to Be A Black & White Thing ) She was able to get the Discount and I Wasn’t , The Owner Said Next time ,then why did she let her White and Me Black , My $ is Green , I still tip 10$ to the Person for Her Service to show appreciation, because I had Metal implant and would have gave more because she was Gentle with my Ankle ,Plus i was the Only Black Woman in there , She Never Answered ,the Other Customers was Trying to Make me feel Comfortable, And I said This is Business and There was No reason To Treat me this Way , This Is Everyone World , No Matter Color , We Really Dont Own Nothing , Breath or the Air U Breathe) , And U Never Know Who U could be Entertaining , I feel so Embarrassed, So I know She Feel The Same because Everyone Look was Looking like Why .. One Person Said She Didn’t Understand maybe , then Why have the Sign Up there , ? The Way U treat a Person , Will Come back On U , Respect Goes Both Ways ,As My $ Some people Get to Comfortable in Business , then When Something Happens then they Wonder why , It’s A First time for Anything No Matter how Long U R in Business , i will not Encourage her Business , Someone had said Don’t Go there .. But that was their Opinion Now I See Why and This Person Was Of Color , and One of My Grandsons is Marry to A Asia .. Love Has No COLOR!! And IAM of all Nationalities.. TERRIBLE!!! IAM Appall U didn’t Apologize or Care about Me , and the Way I was Treated and Paid, as Well as Everyone other Customer, How would U feel if U we’re ignore in Asking a Question ,It’s Like U don’t Care about Me , Or why not Care about The Whole Situation or how I was Treated As Well !.. Senior and On a Cane trying to Be Comfort , and I didn’t make a Scene I was Upset on How I Was Being Treated , Compare to the Other Customers .. How Dare U Me feel Bad ! I was Hurt and Ignore

Floris nails is my go to place in the area to get my nails done- they are awesome! The techs I have had consistently do a great job! They are always so organized, friendly, and the salon is so clean! They always take their time with their services and the salon environment is calm and relaxing too!

I went here for the first time. Even though I didn’t have an appointment Alice was welcoming. The wait was short. Anna took her time and did a great job. I will definitely be back.

When not if you go here ask for Grace or Janice. They are artists for a pedicure. They are so gentle and take such good care of you. This place is absolutely the best.

Their foot massages were incredible. It's very happy with the choices that I had for a pedicure and all the foot massages.

This is where I usually go to get a pedicure. I've gone three times this year, and two times out of the three were great--nail polish lasted a long time. One time though, it chipped off within days, which was really disappointing. They also feel really rushed sometimes, trying to get to the next customer as quickly as possible. Overall, I'm usually satisfied with their quality of service. The place is definitely clean!

First time here. I had a basic Mani -pedi. My nails were very short and a mess prior to my visit. They look great now. I chose a very light color with some sparkle. There were so many colors to choose from. The entire experience was relaxing. The salon was very clean. I will be returning!

This is my new go-to nail salon. They are hygienic, professional and listen to your wants and needs. I had gel nails that I wanted only soaked off and no drill file. They noted that and allowed the gel polish enough time to soak off. They cared for my nails and cuticles like they were a friend. I’m so glad I found a new nail salon in my area that is so attentive. My nails were done a week ago today and they still look amazing!

She cut my cuticles so short that 2 of my fingers bled. Then when I asked for a buff instead so I wouldn't have polish on an open wound, she tried to charge me an extra $5 for the labor. When it was her fault! I paid the extra $, but then I realized she buffed right over my clear nail polish, which she didn't notice or remove. She also didn't trim/file my nails either. TERRIBLE service. Won't be back. Save your money.
