I called E-Z Appliance Repair for a broken dryer. They came the next day, flexible to my schedule as I had an appointment in the morning that they originally asked for. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and he had the part in his truck already and was able to repair it on the spot. The dryer now runs perfectly. They were professional and easy to work with, which was nice since we have a newborn and the dryer not working was an extra headache that we appreciate not having anymore.

EZ Appliance Repair was a pleasure to work with ... easy, indeed. The first visit was arranged within a few days of my first call. The problem with the fan in my oven was diagnosed, and a cost for the repair presented. Unfortunately, there were problems with the parts delivered on the order to the distributor. There was an incomplete order, followed by an incorrect part, so the repair actually took longer than anticipated. Eric was apologetic, but the problems weren't his fault. He kept his lines of communication open and maintained his good humor throughout. The repair was finally completed, and the oven has been working well ever since. Should we need any other repairs on our household appliances, EZ will be my first call. We are very satisfied customers.

Eric did a great job of not only telling us what the problem with our washing machine was, but also explaining the "how" and "why" of it as well. He was able to quickly source the correct replacement part and get us backing up and running. Highly recommend!Service: Washing machine repair

I called for service on my dryer because I heard a horrible grinding sound. They ordered the parts and just came out within a week , Eric the owner found a piece of a zipper in my dryer that was stuck and that was causing the grinding sound. He said “it’s fixed” we don’t need the parts and that he would return them. I was confused because it was only like 10 minutes that had passed and he showed me the piece that was stuck in the dryer. It’s nice to know that there are people that are still so honest he could’ve said It was fixed charged me but he did not! Thank you Eric! I would definitely recommend using you!

I have to say Erik and his staff were honest and fair with everything. They came out diagnosed the issue. Had the parts in a few days. One of the parts was faulty and they had to return a third time at no additional expense to me. The part unfortunately failed again we had called after hours and had a response from Erik before 8am the next morning. He came back out again that day. Unfortunately the refrigerator I had purchased was a lemon. I would never recommend any LG products to anyone!! But would certainly recommend E-Z Appliance Repair to everyone. The only place that actually came out to look and repair an unreliable LG refrigerator when no one else would. Fridge eventually needed to be replaced which the tech acknowledged and gave recommendations for.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Awesome experience. Had issue where our washer was stopping and giving an error code during drain/rinse/spin. Eric came out and was incredibly knowledgeable about the washer I had. He explained how it worked and what the issue likely was. Since I was there with him, he discussed each step he was taking and why, He identified the issue which was exactly what he thought it was going to be and tested what he fixed. Had my washer working as it should in no time. In addition, Eric even called me the next day to check in with me and make sure things were still OK. These guys are great.
