Colin in the front, and shinji in the pharmacy are the reason I shop here, they go out of their way to provide exceptional service and I hope they are rewarded for this because it's rare nowadays to feel acknowledged and legitimately cared about, this is why I love this location, c.v.s. should stand for customer valued sincerely especially at 1191, I know that's corny but it's true!

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and incompetent and blame the doctors office and the customer for their lack of understanding simple instructions. This is the worst pharmacy ever.

Pharmacy use to be great. So I'm not sure if they're having management issues or organizational issues?
Took them almost a week and half to get the medication I needed. My doctor sent 3 different prescriptions because they couldn't get right one for some reason. The employee said that's normal. I'm sorry, but I'm 44. That's never been a normal.
If they can't fill the prescription, tell me! I'll see if another pharmacy has it. They don't say anything! Just make you wait with no communication.
Now I'm waiting for steroid cream because of poison ivy. Doctor called it in Saturday morning.
It's not past 5 on Sunday. They're closed. And I'm itchy. No communication! Can they get the cream? Do they even have it? No ideam they don't say anything. They just said they'll send a text when it's ready.
This place never used to be this way. I feel like something is going on. My doctor use to call in a prescription in the morning and I'd have it by the afternoon. No problem! So, what's going on?

Where do I start?.....The male Pharmacy Tech has No idea what's going on. He constantly gives me the wrong answers. For example. I went to pick up one of my meds...he says it's not done yet. Should be about half hour or more. I decided I'll go home and come back..so i left. I live 5 minutes down the road. As soon as I walk in the door.. I get a text that my meds are ready to pick up. I was just there 10 mins ago. Another time...I tried refilling one of my meds and the same tech told me it wasn't to be filled for another week. So I'm in a panic and wondering where a Week's worth of medication went. Only to find find out it was due to be filled the day I called. Same tech also made me wait a good half hour because he said my meds weren't ready only for the pharmacist to notice I have been waiting a while and walked over and pulled my meds out of the drawer. She gives him a nasty look and starts apologizing because they were ready the whole time. The rest of the pharmacy is great but he is clueless.

Pharmacy employees are very rude, unprofessional and low level.
Also, they tend to say that prescription is not in from your doctor which is a total lie. Several times my doctor’s office called them in front of me and when I go there, they say nothing under your name. They don’t put it in the system
