Be sure to get pricing on alterations when dropping off the items! I made the mistake of assuming that pricing would be fair only to come and be charged at pickup $85 and $58 for hemming each of two skirts. The skirts were standard gathered everyday skirts, and the hems were straight lines. Apparently, the seamstress said it was complicated, but there isn’t anything complicated with the design or the fabric of the skirt. I’m not one to post reviews, certainly not critical ones, but I think it’s only fair that a potential customer be aware of this.

They cannot dry clean specialty or designer clothes. They don't protect buttons on clothes. They are excellent with alterations and simple dry cleaning. Don't take anything you care about because it may not come back the way you gave it to them.
