CFG is awesome. Coaches are friendly and workouts are solid. The gym is huge for a box and has all the equipment you’d expect. Good mix of members across all skill levels.

This is the best gym I've ever belonged to, without exception. Barry and Jocelyn have done such a great job creating a family-like atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed. I highly recommend CrossFit Generation.
