  The worst bank I've ever used. Hands down. Lowest interest rates. Everyone there just wants another sign up. They won't give you definitive information about app or dispute related issues like most other banks happily provide. Switched to a credit union faster than I could drop a subscription service. Citzens is trash.

  The young lady behind the counter is pleasant BUT the Teller manager is rude and abrasive. In a customer oriented business, it would seem pretty baseline to act in a pleasant and polite manner.
