The pricing was upfront and I left feeling like I was treated fairly. I would recommend Chapman to anyone looking to buy or lease a Ford.

The experience at the dealership was great; for AJ and Nolan. Even though AJ was news, he was accommodating and any questions we may have. If he didn't know, he went to find out and get back to us promptly. Nolan Was also adapting. When I was home, and if I had any questions, he'll answer them promptly.

Took my 2021 Explorer ST in for an issue that Fred Beans of Newtown couldn't fix for 6 months even having the car for 2 months straight at one point in time. Chapman had it fixed in one visit.
We also had them service my wife's 2019 Escape Titanium and the pickup and drop off service alone made the experience a delight none the less the professionalism and the fact that everything was fixed in no time.

Once again, Mike Kilgus and Chapman make things easy. As always, Mike Kilgus, and the techs, helps to keep our fleet on the road safely. Check in and out is always extremely efficient, with Mike providing continuous updates and status. Completion of work is always done in an efficient and professional manor.
Thank you Chapman and specifically Mike Kilgus! Mike and Chapman service keep our vehicles safe and running properly, and get our vehicles back on the road quick.
Mike Kilgus works with the service tech department to complete work needed quickly when we need to get a truck back on the road and we greatly appreciate all their effort!

I purchased a 2011 Tahoe that started overheating the day I bought it I took to Chevy and found it needed a transmission and it needs a back windshield and a lot of other things and Chapman is not withholding the agreement of changing the transmission like the warranty says now I have not even made the first payment and the car lid on the side of the road wow Chapman ford you don’t care how you treat people

Great Overall Experience! My service advisor Joe Kerwick was super helpful and provided updates along the way. I brought by car in for warning lights on the dashboard. I was able to drop off the car the same day. The service was fast and there mechanics provide a video of the car inspection and explained all the issues they found.
