This was my first bank ever and for the most part everything was good. I had them for over 10 years until I decided to change banks. One of those reasons was because they have a very rude lady that works there. I do not remember her name I believe she may have been a manager and she would stand behind the bank teller she was also a white woman and I believe she had a brown hair or black hair. I remember I had got locked out of my account and I did not have my ID because I lost my wallet so as I am waiting to receive my ID and new card in the mail. I asked is there any way that I could access my account? I have my birth certificate with me and I have my Social Security number would that help me to get into the account? the woman going to say to me “what is it like less than $50 in there anyway.” I didn’t catch what she said until afterwards and thank God Jesus Christ that I didn’t hear immediately what she said because I would’ve had to gather her together. Because it doesn’t matter if it’s 50 Cent in anyone’s account it’s still their money she thought she was be a smart and like I said I think God that I Didn’t realize that she had said that until after I left. After that incident I took all of my money out of the account and left that bank. Very rude

Terrible customer service. Their Bank of America and Merrill accounts do not match up and waiting 45 minutes means nothing to them it’s a waste of my valuable time. I will be switching banks. There was nothing wrong with the accounts just the people behind the counters. Especially the assistant manager. If I didn’t have to deal with Merrill Lynch I wouldn’t deal with Bank of America at all. Dissatisfied.

I was at this bank today. I opened an account for myself.I was received there by the Manager named Louarda Immoune.She is very good in her business, I really liked the way she communicates with people. She knows how to work with people very well. I am grateful to the bank that they have such good and beautiful workers.

I’ve been a Bank of America customer since 2010 now. We’ve got personal and business accounts with BOA. I’ve never really had any issues with BOA until Thursday Oct the 13th. I entered Horsham BOA with a money order written from WSFS Bank. Long story short I was advised to cash the check first because I needed the funds available asap. This money order was written out to my business and when I approached the teller I explained that I wanted to cash the check and then immediately deposit the cash. The teller needed a manager override. Well here’s when the issue begins. John the manager approached the desk for a possible override. I immediately felt that Mr. John was profiling me. He told me that his own representative gave me incorrect information and that I could not cash the money order. He then proceeded to look me up and down and said “tell me the story about this check!” Which already felt awkward for me. If he had done his own research he would have noticed that this dollar amount is a common amount that my business receives and there indeed wasn’t anything weird about it. Unfortunately, I believe there was more behind his judgement and I felt very uncomfortable for the first time at BOA! Sad to say I am now looking for a new bank.

This service is really great. My account was stolen and I went to another bank, but it did not help me solve the problem. I called the customer service in the United States, but I transferred the phone to many departments because of language barrier. However, when I arrived at the bank, her service was very good. She was very patient and spent a lot of time to help me solve my problems. Now my Bank of America account is secure and there are no scammers in it except for me. Although the money that was taken is still under appeal and it's not known when it will be returned. But she did help me with my security. I thank her very, very much. I hope you will give your bank score with gratitude is really good

Bad customer service, went in a few months ago to ask for a 5-year check deposit statement, the lady who was lobby leading told me “no” didn’t offer any alternate solution either.

In My area there was no bank open so I went driving 35 minutes from My area to get the money when I went there to get some money she wanted to give me a half money and after that she didn't she was very rude and aggressive I am disappointed soon I am going to close My account there are not friendly and no one helped me and I left for nothing Priyanka does not deserve to be a manager she should stay home she was very very rude with me I don't recommend anyone to go to this location.

I walked into the bank without an appointment. I had an issue with my PIN. I was immediately greeted and after waiting a few minutes, I was referred to Susan Corcoran, who reset the PIN. Susan was very professional and friendly. The bank manager also made sure that any inquiries I had were met to my satisfaction. All bank representatives truly expressed their concern for my satisfaction as well as thanked me for being a customer and offered to help with any financial issues or interests I may have in the future.
