Exhaust is awesome. However, I ordered black tips but was given chrome. There's been no response when I asked about shipping me the new tips, or refunding the $100 for the difference in cost. Exhaust, 5 stars. Support, 3 is generous.

First of all I want to say John Voss is awesome, working with him was great. He is was very responsive throughout the whole process (even after purchase) and made sure my exhaust got to me on time.
