All the staff and my doctor were very kind, friendly, and good natured even when clients seemed a little antagonistic. They treated each other and patients with respect and really put me at ease.

Did not have a good experience here. I had an ultrasound and the individual performing it was very rude and cold. They were rude about how I performed my prep and kept mentioning it. There was also another individual sitting in the room while it was being performed reading news articles and discussing the poor prep with the individual performing the ultrasound. I’m not sure why she was in there but it was very uncomfortable. The facility was nice and the care itself was fine but unfriendly staff and will most likely not return to this office.

I came here on 2/23/2023 to get blood work done. Getting my blood drawn was painless and very quick, however, the receptionist was really off-putting and rude. It was like I was completely inconveniencing her when I was just trying to check in. A receptionist should be welcoming, especially in a health care setting.

Do your veins a favor and don't go to the lab here. Had multiple bad experiences with the indifferent and sometimes hostile nurses here. The latest visit, I had worked out and drank plenty of water to makes sure I had bulging veins. The nurse was in a bad mood from the beginning and even my small talk attempts were useless. After the tourniquet my veins were so plump I could have tapped them myself. But she proceeded to move the needle around until she blew out the vein after one vial was collected. Then she blew out a second vein collecting the second vial! I was left with a giant hematoma, and a painful bruise that lasted a month. Do yourself a favor and go to Labcorp or Quest or any other place that sends you a survey of your experience afterwards. They seem to hire more competent people, and the rejects come work here for probably less pay and where there are no consequences for poor care.

If i could give them a 0 i would.. Extreamly dissapointed. Whoever is in charge of making appiintments in their neurology department needs or just any, needs to be fired. Horrible serivice. Especially carry in the neurology department who makes the appointment, barely wants to serve someone. Honestly the worst treament.

Went there with my wife to drop off some results necessary before we could set up an appointment with an endocrinologist. It was a large office which had multiple receptionists for different specialties plus a lab. We had to walk all the way down after entering the room before getting help from the Receptionist for Endocrinology. The receptionist was courteous and helpful in accepting the results and in setting up an appointment with an Endocrinologist. Was able to get done what we went there for. Clean and modern facility.Plenty of parking available.

Had a unpleasant visit at this facility today,lab nurse did not greet me,just directed to a room, she seemed to have a attitude when I informed her that I had two script orders to be performed ,she said to me let me do my job,I’m reading your chart,flashed the one script at me indicating she was highlighting it,I was informed by the receptionist to mention to the nurse about it mind you now,the nurse went on saying what she experiences working with the public all day & how she copes with it which is not professional by all means

Very unreliable place to go. Nobody calls you for your next appointment, its all bout money and scamming people . You will be told you have full insurance coverage and bring you a bill. Doctors don't know what they are doing. Don't waste your time going there.

The staff was incredible and personable (thus the 3 stars?. However, when I go to a medical office I really do not want to see trash everywhere. Not a great impression. When I mentioned the trash to the lab tech they said "ya, we've been telling them it needs to be cleaned up". I did not feel confident the equipment or facility was clean because of this impression. It was also tough to figure out where to go when I got to the parking lot and the parking is far from the entrance. I was going to radiology.

I was fine until I had to go for a scan, The call center called me and Hang up on me now because I needed a female Dr. “ I am sorrry your next Shedule will be in June” and just hang up. That was a terrible experience. I have been trying to remove my IUD for about 4 months now and I don’t know how difficult taking off IUD can be. Very inexperienced
