This place is sickening. The lady Marla is very nice. But the dark skin lady that is in charge. One day, I was cleaning my 75 year ago ladies' bay window. And she came across the street and told me I can't come in the post office again because I told one of the ladies at the desk that there was a vine growing on the building. I can go in the post office to get my packages and my mail all I want. I pay for a P.O. Box. She is not allowed to leave her post. Corporate needs to get rid of her.

This post office has the nastiest postmasters of ANY post office Ive even been to in the entire United States! It always seems to be a problem for any of the women who work here if you go to the window and disturb them from what they were doing sitting in the back on the computer. Sorry ladies, sometimes people need stamps or have a question. Its what you are paid to do. Put a smile on your face and do your job.

For the past year I have been very upset with this post office.#1 when I send for mail, I put two addresses for a return address. One a post office box # and the other my physical address.At one point, I got a letter from a customer when I used my post office address, which I am looking for to show you, stating they will not deliver to a post office box.I have never had a problem the first two years I've lived here. Now I get these notes when the company uses my physical address. This post office has gotten very nasty, in my opinion.If you will help me find a one floor, fenced-in yard in South Union, I will gladly move.Have these people gone woke?I know one thing if they withhold my mail and it's something of importance regarding my health, I guess the only way we can settle this is through court.I intend attending the meeting the 2nd Tuesday of the month. I hope I can make it.

I really like the Hopwood Post Office it is very nice. And the lady Marla is very nice. She always is very caring and nice. I she is very fasting and quick. Hopwood Post Office is like no other.
