Me and my boyfriend have lived here going on 4 years. This place is way way way over priced. Our rent has went up so many times for the dumbest reasons. We got a pathetic "park fine" for our air conditioner not matching the outside color of the trailer! I wish I was kidding. Anything wrong with the place the park manager has her husband or other unlicensed people take care of the problems. Everything plumbing has leaked since we moved in! Our shower drain when we moved in went straight to the ground outside. We didn't even bother calling and fixed it ourselves. Our yard is always flooded with lord only knows what. Our breaker always trips if you run the dryer or when the hot water tank kicks on or really at any random time. She was supposed to call an electrician but have yet to see one. They have no respect for the people that live here. It looks nice from the pictures and outside looking in but once you move in it's a train wreak! Do your self a favor and save yourself the stress and money and find somewhere else to live!

It is quiet. Feels comfortable. The singlewides on Virginia Lane are too close together, though. You can hear each other sneezing. Nice view of the mountain. Oh but, lots of water, around the yards. Drainage needs work. Not far from the Dollar General, Fire Dept., Rt. 40. and bypass

It's quiet. Feel safe. Needs road work. Road guttering needs dug out as the water takes gravel off the driveway. Yard is a wet mess most of the time. Waterways flood.
