“Dr Sheperd is always so kind & caring. Takes his time & listens to you. He truly loves the animals he takes care of. I've been taking my animals to him since 1994. He took exceptional care of my sweet girl Muffin who is in doggie heaven now. He always called her beautiful princess. He's the best!”
“When it comes to pet food, or animal feed their prices are always the best. I feed my dog Diamond Select dog food. I get it for $20 less than what Chewy sells it for. Timothy Hay is significantly less than Petco or PetSmart. Chicken feed is way less than Walmart, Sam's, and tractor supply. It's the way to go.”

“I really don't understand the low reviews on here or all the ones stating the animals aren't cared for. I have been going here for years for animals and supplies. I'm there at least once a week and almost always are they taking care of the animals when I get there. They are the nicest people willing to do what they can to get what you want. I have never had an issue and am there all the time. They don't lie to you if you ask about certain animal genders or specifics and their prices and care are way better than major pet stores (which I stopped to going once I found this place) Honestly, don't mind the bad reviews because they sound like someone got mad at something out of everyone's control and made the problem worse themselves.”
