I paid extra to get the undercarriage clean and my car still had brown mud on the bottom. I never had a problem at this carwash, is there new ownership?

Please be careful when going there. There's kids who have no business being over there playing in the lot. I don't wanna see anyone get in trouble for accidentally hitting them when the kids shouldn't be there in the first place. If anyone knows the owner/owners please let them know as well. It would be horrible if someone was just going to get their car washed and one of those kids came out of nowhere and jumped in front of them! I'm just trying to look out for the people who use the car wash, the kids have no parents watching them, they would never know if something did happen.
