I've always had excellent service from this little post office.

Here's a picture of Joseph P Miller's "Stage" in 1906 or 1907 in front of the Hopeland post office. You can barely see the word Hopeland on the side of his carriage. He hauled the mail until 1909 between Hopeland and Ephrata.

The clerks have always been helpful and friendly the few times that I have stopped by to ship a package. I have not witnessed them being closed during their posted hours as others have mentioned.
