“I’ve been here a number of times and they are always super helpful even on very troublesome packages. Very friendly and service is great. Only con is that their hours on google aren’t correct due to worker shortage. I’ve shown up a few times and they were closed during supposed business hours. Check review photos for a pic of their real hours.”
“This place is the absolute best. I can not say anymore. How much I recommend people to stop in for all of their needs! “Just had to make a quick stop to drop off some postcards and get some more stamps. There is always all the mailing essentials, as is expected.It is a little difficult to get into during busy traffic hours unless you are on that side of the road.”

“Felt the need to write this review after the customer ahead of me in line was extremely rude to the employees.. as someone who always has Amazon returns I find myself here quite often (lol) and the employees are consistently kind and extremely patient. They will even go as far as insisting to help me carry the packages from my car into the store if they can see I have my hands full with my little guy. By far my favorite UPS location :)”
“I had difficulty in buying HP ink for my computer. I wanted to buy the "X" cartridge but when I got home, though it fit in nicely, it was said to be not effective. I had to exchange for the "A". The store graciously allowed the exchange.”

“Here's a picture of Joseph P Miller's "Stage" in 1906 or 1907 in front of the Hopeland post office. You can barely see the word Hopeland on the side of his carriage. He hauled the mail until 1909 between Hopeland and Ephrata.”
