Stopped to check a few prices on some items. Washers and dryers were fairly comparable to other places, there were only a couple dining room sets, good quality though. And I have to say that the gentleman (Patsy) who we talked with was extremely friendly and informative.

We called for a new refrigerator when ours broke suddenly at our cottage and they helped us right away and are bringing it in one day. We were a new customer and they did t know us at all but helped us immediately over the phone. Waiting for themNow! Very appreciative of people who still conduct business this way!

Had a refrigerator delivered today, they went outside, then the one guy came back in for me to sign. I told him about the fridge being scratched and dented. He pretty much didn't care, also they sat there tool bag down, to find out it was filthy left dirt on the table. Also left shipping tape on fridge for me to remove. Never again

Ultimately, I was lied to. I was told that there was not a range hood from the manufacturer of my appliances; there are two available. I was told that there was not an upgrade to the range that I chose; there are two available as close as Lowe's.
