My brother in law and I went there to buy around $150.00 of plumbing supplies. We always try to support small business and buy local. We had an issue with the water filter system with the flow going in the opposite direction to the broken one. When we asked if they had the other design, we were spoken to very rudely, surely it was the owner. I wouldn't believe the staff would be so crass. He said, " I don't know what to tell you that's what we have." He didn't ask to order something in for us and his tone was like giving us the back of his hand. We spent about $20,000 with him when the duplex was built in 2005 and was very happy with the service and the quality, that's why he was receiving the return business. I would not spend another dollar there. I guess he has enough customers to support his business. I would not shop there again. Thanks.

I was only delivering a load to the business, after working and talking with the guys here, I was thoroughly impressed with how much they do, and how really friendly they are. Been in business for 35 years, they're doing something right. America needs more business like that.
