this post office is horrible third time stating my package was delivered and in my mailbox ,it's not their went to post office before closing time and manager closed early ,try and call and no one picks up the phone ,beware

The guy that delivers the mail has stopped my mail and sent all my letters and bills back to sender. This was because I didn’t fix the red flag on my mailbox. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t have mail because I didn’t fix a little tiny red flag.

Absolutely terrible unprofessional lazy work. They won't deliver our packages because of our dog that isn't even living any longer. They should hire real people who know how to work.

Very nice courteous response WRT to a certified letter that has not been served. Apparently the recipient will not sign for the legal documents enclosed.

This post office is completely trash. Been at my address now 5 years. I still am getting other peoples mail who does not live here and doesn't even live in my community. I've also had packages put in the wrong mailbox has numerous times and when I go to confront them about it they tell me oh no it's been delivered so I make them come out go through the mailboxes and it's in a completely different mailbox in my address. The lady who works at the front desk is most likely the laziest person I've ever met my life she does not know how to do her job and she is very ignorant to every person who walks in there my dog can do a better job then what they're doing would rate complete zero Stars but cannot do that

Will not get out of the car to deliver mail and will put "Driveway wasn't accessible". We watched them pull up around 6pm and not get out of the car while we were out front and had a clear path to the door.

This is one of the worst post offices I've ever been in. I live about 250 yards from this location and when I need to ship I drive 15 minutes to go elsewhere when I have time. Although it's sometimes just as fast to drive to another one! Always slow when I've gone in. Two or three people waiting and 2 or 3 employees standing near by and not helping. I understand that they may not be the front desk person at the time but maybe let someone know who can help. Random lunch breaks (random meaning that the time is who knows when. Some days 12, some days 12:30, today 2:35!?). It's just never easy to go here.

If I could give Zero star for this post office it wouldn't help. I mailed a priority package from Fl to Hanover, Pa on Nov 29 and it arrived 1 1/2 weeks later to Honey Brook, Pa and was quoted as 'Ready for Pickup'. Apparently "they" decided to ship it to Wilmington, De instead of Hanover Pa. It is now Missing!!!! Cannot get to have Anyone explain what the heck is going on. Very disappointed

They like to toss packages sometimes and boxes end up crushed or beaten up, they also lost my mail a few times. I had fragile items break from the boxes being crushed or tossed onto the porch
