Completely baffled how their service is not 1 star over every review. These guys are unequivocally THE WORST. These guys are extraordinarily rude and never accommodating. I believe they only service due to the mere fact they are the only area. I really hope the auto group who owns these unprofessional "service" team truly investigates their lacking quality. Joel and general sales manager were extremely rude. Laughing in my face when negotiating a deal. They offered 4000 dollars less than my car is worth and would not negotiate a lower price on the truck I was trying to buy. They are a rip off and disrespectful.

Took my vehicle for warranty work,and the experience was terrible from the beginning. Worst dealer in the area. GO ELSEWHERE!!

This dealership is awful. The most dishonest group of people I’ve ever dealt with. The engine and head gasket went three months after purchasing the vehicle and not only did they offer no help in rectifying the situation, but were very rude and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

I cannot speak for the sales dept, but their service dept is AWFUL! I own 5 vehicles and would never take a single one to them. Service manager told me that he would honour the warranty I purchased as an addition to my truck, as I had broken down and came to them. When I told him I only wanted the covered parts replaced, and to pause working it until I fgured out the rest, he then refused me service entirely when I returned. This was AFTER I had gotten a rental because they told me it would be covered.
Horrible communication, and extremely bad customer service. I understand maybe if it was impossible for them to resume warranty work that they had previously started, but the rudeness, shortness, and unwillingness to work with me was ridiculous.
Now I am forced to fix my own truck because he refused to work on it entirely (even after saying that some of the parts broken were warrantied) , and I am out $200 for the rental fee that they also told me would be covered by the warranty. Worst experience at a service dept ever. Directly lied to my face and went back on their words to save themselves time.

I’ve serviced my car here twice and they do excellent work. I used the Quick Lane. Andris Bruveris, the manager, is the best that I’ve ever seen at this type of work. He was helpful, patient, impeccably polite to all, and explained to each customer (in understandable terms) what could/should be done — all the while keeping the costs low. He was extremely helpful to several elderly customers, which made their day (and mine). When he wished one man a happy Father’s Day, I thought the elderly man was going to cry and hug him. Terrific service.

I purchased a FORD MAVERICK hybrid from this dealer. I broke down in New Jersey, dropped off the vehicle actually towed to Fullerton Ford in Somerville, New Jersey, where it sat for over three weeks because they could not get me a battery went back to Wayne County Ford talk to Don Race my salesman and also Dave the parts manager Gave me a battery on the spot. I drove it down to Fullerton Ford problem solved thank you in Wayne County, Ford.
