Went there for the first time shopping for my puppy. They had things I was looking for, plus a homemade blanket for my puppy. When the lady at the cashier asked if I needed help carrying anything outside, I said yes and she helped carry things to my car. Totally coming here again.

They are so nice and helpful! This store emergency necessities too, I needed a bottle and formula for a little kitten who was ill. They saw the fear in my eyes, got everything for me and baby kitty was eating within minutes. If I had to order it online from Amazon she wouldn’t have made it.PS: she is doing great, the formula gave her exactly what she needed and her fever broke that night.A million thanks!

This place is awesome. They have self serve wash and groomers. They were so sweet to my little dog . I would highly recommend you stop in. They have about everything the big box stored have with a small town friendly feel. The girls were fantastic. Thank you

This rating is based solely on the facility to wash pets. It's inexpensive. No bending down. And includes soap and towels. Staff is nice, too.

I've brought my dog here twice to wash him. The staff's was friendly and helpful but the pet wash area needs better maintenance. The first time we went the stall was clean and they supplied soaps and a dryer but there weren't any towels available and there was other pets hair all over the floor. The next time we went the stall was clogged, there was hair all over it from the last dog, and the floor in the wash area was covered in lots of clumps of hair that kept floating around. Other self serve pet washes I've been to have someone clean up the area between uses. If that was the process here they'd easily gotten 5 stars

We have been shopping at this store for a very long time, and they always were great. The staff was helpful and they had plenty of items in stock. Especially the biscuits in bulk, as we have 3 large dogs. The dogs loved them, and they were always in stock.However, they moved from their initial location, and, I understand the pains of moving from one place to another. Yet, 3 weeks ago, we stopped in to the new location, along with our biggest baby, Loki, to get more of their"cookies", as well as inquire about having their staff groom our babies. The biscuits we wanted were not in stock, so, we asked that they order them and call us when they come in, as well as asked that their groomers call about caring for our dogs. They have our number, as we have an account.We waited 2 weeks, with no call, so I called the store to see if the biscuits had arrived. She assured me they have. As for the groomers, they weren't at the store, and we should call again.. Ok, so Monday, my husband travels the 26 miles to get the cookies, only to find they were not in, despite being told to the contrary. I get there are issues when a business moves, but, the staff should have at least been more honest.

Place was empty. Prices higher than other pet stores, person at the counter couldn't careless to help or be there. First and last visit for me.
