The only reason for 3 stars is their online ordering, be careful there are hidden fees. I won't use their online/pickup ever again after an additional $5.06 was charged to my card. It doesn't show up on my receipt, just was taken from my card.

I was looking for some parts for my boat that the boat dealer didn't have so the guy working the counter was so helpful and knowledgeable with putting something together to get my boat up and running again. Don't be fooled by it's just an auto parts store they can help with boats to.

This place sells motor oil for profit but wouldn't accept my waste oil when i purchased an equal amount from them. "Most shops around here burn oil you could find one." I've never experienced this in my life, in fact i assumed it was an illegal practice. The Hancock, NY location will get all of my business going forward.
