I would sooner buy a $1000 part because Kellams suggested it than a $10 part another garage said I needed. I have well over 200,000 miles on my car and trust Joe Kellam explicitly to tell me the truth and fix whatever issues I have without trying to upsell me on anything I don't need.

Overcharged on brake job on my Sonata, and lost one of my wheel adapters for the summer aftermarket wheels after I specifically told them to be careful to not lose them when removing the wheels to do the brakes. I was quoted a price of around 350 to replace the brake pads on all 4 wheels and the rotors on the front. They ended up charging me 550 for just the front pads and rotors, plus one caliper they found bad. I got the car back and the back brakes were still weak and making noise from pads worn out. The front was pulling severely to the right because now the right caliper suddenly went bad under their care. I took the car to another garage to have the right caliper replaced so as not to deal with these people ever again. That other garage noticed the wheel adapter missing when they removed the wheels to refix the brakes. My expensive mag rim got damaged as well as the wheel studs since the wheel cannot properly center without the hub adapter. Filed a complaint with the Commonwealth of PA and have told people I know to avoid this place. They sell gas too and they've lost all my business there too.
