Jim helped me out a bunch with an alignment on my crusty 30 year old honda. When parts were too rusty to adjust for the alignment he contacted me and let me know rather than breaking them and stranding me at his mercy to replace the parts. When I told.him I would be replacing the parts myself he didn't even charge me for the attempted alignment. I of course brought my vehicle back with all the new parts installed and he gave me an alignment and 5 tires mounted and balanced for a very reasonable price.
I'm a mechanic on heavy duty diesel trucks and equipment, after being lied to and having other shops try to take advantage of me as a customer it is very nice to see there are still honest shops out there. You can take your work to Jim Dennis without worrying.
