Used vehicle listed on carfax for $20,990. Agreed to price of 20,100 since we didn’t qualify for their 3 discounts offered. Drove 3 hours to dealership to be told car was $22,595. They said carfax price is a suggested price - not the actual price. SCAM! Don’t trust this dealership!

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE experience, had us waiting 4 hours for our vehicle & plate. Had their employee go to northeast title and tag for our plate and didn’t return for another hour and a half, very unorganized for a car dealership.

Bait and switch, if you advertise a price on a vehicle it should be available at that price. If you sell a vehicle that needs tires it should be done not added on price when your sitting at the table with paperwork ready to buy. No worries I found a great dealer in bath pa. Honest and trust worthy.

Thanks to Chris for getting my into a new Grand Cherokee! Any questions I had instantly had the answer. Didn't have to run back and forth to get an answer. My payment is higher than I thought but the price of these cars has really sky rocketed after Covid. Hopefully manufactures lower their prices. But thank you B&B great service all around!
