“I have to admit, at first I was a little skeptical because I haven’t had the best experiences with car service companies in the past. That being said, this was truly the best service I’ve ever received. From start to finish, it was nothing short of five-star service.
Amy was incredibly friendly and personable, making me feel comfortable right away. Joe was fantastic as well—I absolutely appreciated how he followed up with me on more than one occasion to keep me updated on the repairs to my vehicle. That level of communication made a huge difference.

“I came in looking for a truck and shopped around different dealerships. I had a truck I wanted to trade in and after days of searching and talking to different people, dealers, and looking at prices, the team at Honesdale Ram gave me a great deal for a 2026 RAM 2500 truck and included some features I wanted. Will S was the salesmen I dealt with but his manager and the finance manager where also very friendly and provided information to help me find a truck that suited my needs.
Overall, they gave me a great offer for my trade in, they were transparent on what they could do and what they couldn't. The finance manager even gave me financial advice. Not to mention the hot chocolate was awesome!
I did have some parts being ordered and installed so I can update once those are on my truck.”
