My elderly mother purchased an iPhone 15 a few months ago after her older iPhone died. Whoever she dealt with took advantage of her and ripped her off. Someone took the brand new iPhone phone charger out of the box and replaced it with an old, used Verizon brand charger. They also upsold her a magnet charger that she didn't want or need, but the salesperson misrepresented the product so bought it because she thought she needed it. Its useless. It's too late to rectify it now and I have since replaced the garbage charger by paying out of my own pocket. Whoever did this was intentional about taking advantage of an elderly customer and they should be ashamed of themselves. Verizon needs to beware of who they have working in the Homestead Waterfront location.

So I just joined verizon Wireless two days ago, and the rep told me I would ha e full 5G service. Standing outside, I get 1 bar of 5G, and inside, I get zero to 1 bar of 5G. Supposedly, having the best network means no service.

Quick and easy purchasing. Luke was very helpful and got us everything that we needed. He also set it up in store so we walked out with a fully functional phone with no issues! Quite pleased.

My son lost his phone in the river, so we had to swing by and get him a new one. The water phone was an iPhone 13 pro, and he picked out the new 14 as a replacement. The fellow that helped us was nice enough, but the up-sales and fees that go along with a new phone are exhausting. Also, the fellow went to the back room a couple times, without explanation once for what was an annoyingly long time, so we asked another employee what was going on. We finally got through it...but I sure hope the kid's more careful with this new phone, as I have no desire to go through this again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! The employees here are completely incompetent and are only looking to sell you data plans and not help you with your issues. I wasted 3 hours of my time in here with no resolve. one of the employees could not even explain or answer any of the questions I had about the data plan he was trying to sell me. He couldn't even do BASIC math when trying to tell me how much different plans would cost me. After the 5th time having to corrected him he yelled at me and said "Well I guess thats why I work at Verizon isn't it! I'm not a mathematician" He then refused to let me speak to another employee even though there were 5 other people working there. He said no one else could help me. Unbelievable that they are allowed to run a store like this.

Step inside of the evil empire's little hub alongside the beautiful Monongahela River in Homestead's Waterfront. Immigrants worked alongside born and bred on these toiled grounds many years ago. Fast forward to 2022, when said evil empire sent the wrong "trade-in kit," never sent another one when requested, then the online chatter sent me to the store, where I could've just gone from the beginning (it's closer to me than a UPS drop-off), but the original process didn't mention that. Arrive at store. Evil Empire Employee seems unsure why I'm there, but registers me into the check-in to be seen. Same employee paces around doing "stuff," like looking at the same displays that he's probably been looking at for 17 years and eventually decides, hell, since the other 2 people are working with other customers, I'll see what's up (about 25 minutes into my wait at this point). Says he CANNOT accept the trade-in, since I had already "requested" to do it via UPS and that process was started, but gives me a box to ship my phone in. I realize that most of this is on the corporate / online people, but VZW as a whole is TERRIBLE. And it'll continue to be for the rest of time. I can't WAIT to get the hell out of being a customer and never come back. If you're looking for an easy, helpful experience, try something else.

Place is pathetic. Employees were laughing at me and they couldn't help at all. Clueless They won't honor what customer services says I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Very rude and could care less about there customer. Thumbs down

I went to this store as a new customer. I was so appalled by the lack of professionalism and the strong arm up selling that I ended up walking out. Severally red flags but a couple were that I told the rep that I didn't trust Apple products and he wrote me up for a package that included an Apple Watch, an Apple charging plate, and a new phone case because of a 30% off deal. Another red flag moment was when I told them I don't watch a lot of tv and I don't need any more streaming services and they wrote me up for their highest package because it came with Disney plus and hbo... I felt like I wasn't being listened to at all. I do not recommend.

Bruce was my Representative helping me. I came in on a Monday evening around 7 pm and there was no wait. Lucky me! I had several questions about wanting to cut internet and cable TV from my cable TV provider and simply use the hotspot on my phone for internet. Bruce helped answer all my questions and select the appropriate service plan to accommodate speeds needed and suggested a dedicated hotspot device which I went with. All told will save at least 50.00 over my current internet setup and will be able to decide on streaming solutions to fill my void of cable TV which I rarely use anyway. I've used equivalent of rabbit ears in the past and can can get all the local free channels that way just fine. Bruce also helped me set up a claim for my existing phone to get the cracked screen repaired for 29.00. Once that is done I can get a new battery with no money spent. Time well spent tonight.

This company just SCAMMED me out fo $1200. They told us with our business account we get a free portable wifi box. We asked if there will be charges and they said no it's just a promotion and the box and service was free. We took it and never used it and noticed on our bill they locked us in to a 2 year contract at $45 for a box we NEVER EVEN ACTIVATED. These guys are shady scam artists!!!

Verizon Wireless is the worst company in wireless. I've been a customer since 2004 and they don't care about the customer or losing a long time loyal customer. I'm ready to switch!

Great service and very professional. We got service from Jon Cohen twice and it was just perfect. He got lot of knowledge and went over with us for all of our new device functions . We really happy and we will be back Highly recommend!
