Perfect experience. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. I needed to mail my son a new cell phone and I admit my handwriting is absolutely abysmal, but the employee was nothing but amazing and helped me profusely!I really appreciate the time she took and the help she gave me. Thank you!

Worst group assembled in the history of customer service. They give you incorrect information and don't care either way! Passport was a catastrophe

I RARELY go to post office, on January 19th, 2023 women behind counter at first was helpful. I had several questions, however she kept going to the back where her co-workers conversation was important.I work customer service. The last question she kept her back to me, kept talking, laughing with co-workers...Very, VERY RUDE poor customer service. The only reason she got a 2 was because she did answer questions.

I was looking around to see if there was a designated place to drop off prepaid packages, and the person working at the counter literally laughed at me. Seems like she thought I looked strange or something. Rather unprofessional.

Fire the lady working immediately. She is typing with one finger and has zero sense of urgency. Never come here. This place needs shut down.

Current mail carrier is a known drug addict. Mail never on time. Seen him sitting on someone's porch smoking once. Mail never comes before 3, if it comes at all. You can always tell when a service is government funded. I'd rather give Amazon my tax money.

Sharon, the clerk working the desk at this Homestead location was the kindest, most patient, and sincere individual we have ever encountered at any location throughout western PA. Sharon took what could’ve been a miserable outing obtaining passports for 6 people on a rainy day at a post office (with 4 spirited children in tow) and transformed it into a pleasant and even enjoyable experience. Thank you, Sharon, for your kindness and generosity and even going the extra mile whenever possible (mailing us the pictures of our kids was incredibly thoughtful). Every time we come across our passports, we will always remember our experience at the Homestead post office and be glad chance allowed us to encounter you on that day. God bless you. To Note: the clerk running the desk alongside Sharon that day was also very kind and helpful and greeted us with a smile. Thanks again.

HATE THIS PLACE. They don’t answer. Don’t call back. The carriers are the laziest people on earth. Don’t deliver mail but one day of the week and most the time it’s the wrong persons mail.

Post office is pretty great but the parking lot is a BIG problem. It is always parked up - yet you go inside and there's like TWO other people in the lobby! Really need to enforce the parking limits posted for customers only.

WORST DELIVERY EVER. I’ve tracked my mail, updated address, done everything possible to ensure my mail gets delivered just to find out the carriers are just lazy! Can’t get through to the office and it’s been months of not receiving important mail or any mail at all. If I could move right now and file a lawsuit I would. ALSO MOST THE TIME WHEN THEY ACTUALLY DELIVER MAIL ITS THE WRONG ADDRESS!
