I called asking about adjustable bed frames made by company Leggett & Platt and concluded asking "Do you know anything about knowable things that are known?" and the guy responded saying "No I don't know." which was just after him mentioning that he doesn't know much about answers to my questions, in less than 50 second phone call. I've been consumerly researching so much in short time that all the employees paid for jobs to know knowledge things, it's odd that they claim they don't know, even if they do know, unwilling to or otherwise afraid to offer such knowable knowledge, even though it's not only them, and lots of hired employees behave similarly as such. I ordered a Boring Mattress Company mattress (founded by Daehee Park, former co-founder of Tuft & Needle) and it's arriving today, but I'm still shopping for frames, trying to find something local I can pick up. That's why I am calling local mattress/furniture stores.

We are new to the Pittsburgh area. We had been looking at mattress shops for a couple of weeks. While exploring the area we found this shop. Robin was able to help us find the best mattress for our budget. The one we purchased was actually not available. We weren't aware of that at the time of purchase. Robin contacted us on the delivery date as promised (by 8:30am) and let us know about the availability problem. Robin offered us another option at no additional cost. My family prefers shopping as locally as possible. These types of businesses usually have stellar customer service and support. We are very happy with the received product and Robin's efforts to make things happen. We also loved their fur baby Cash. A pleasant environment with a hometown feel. We also loved the Gandalf display on the entry door. 10/10 highly recommend. We will definitely reach out to them first for any additional mattresses.
