I give this store 3.5. I do prefer tjmaxx and Marshalls over Ross but I did find some good cologne here at a very good value which made my day

Atrocious that Ross would have their customers shop in this mess! Chaos and thrash pretty much sums up the entire store! A rummage sale is better organized. The lines ridiculously long with shoppers mauling one another to dig through the mounds of items dumped in the register line displays. Walked out the last 3 times I attempted to shop here. Wish I had this time!

pretty messy (although i did go on a saturday) and some employees be wearing random clothes like theres no dresscode
