Can you imagine in the year 2023 that it takes 3 business days to get a payoff letter? Well it does at First Commonwealth Bank! Can't wait to pay off my loan and leave these guys in the 1980s where they seem to exist!!

I have had a business checking account with FCB for about four years. Seems like the bank stuck in mid 1900s. They hold my checks for seven business days. Checks usually take 10 days to clear. It is ridiculous. Their online banking shuts down about 11 pm eastern time every night. I can only get $500 cash out of the ATM and spend up to 2k per day. There have been many times the bank didn't cash a check I gave people. I am changing this outdated bank very soon.

Horrible bank. Not just this location. The whole bank. They treat their employees like trash and it’s all ran by misogynistic men. If they treat their employees this poorly imagine how they treat their customers. Don’t do business here. Go elsewhere.

Never had a bad experience here.Always friendly, they even give my Dog a treat everytime I use the drive-thru. Ive never had to wait very long either. Sometimes people are busy, it pays to be patient.

Stay clear of this bank. Fees and arrogant management won't work with you. Its all about their money they can pull out from you. I secured a business loan with First Commonwealth with the up front assurance from an officer of their bank that if I paid my loan off early with personal funds there would be no prepayment penalty of 2%. When I went to pay the loan early there are stubbornly mandating their 2% early payoff fee and won't honor what their employee promised. Went to the president and she dug her heels in and would not honor what her employee promised. She was actually quite rude . I have never been late on a payment, always honored their frequent request for personal and financial requests (big hassle) and paid 4+ years of high interest to be treated so poorly. Go to PNC they are an honorable bank that stands behind their promisses. First Commonwealth does not and will extort as much as possible from a customer. I would give them a negative five stars if possible.

Im a business account holder at First Commonwealth Bank. I called to find out what a incoming wire transfer would be. The first person provided lots of excuses and told me stuff that was irrelevant to my call. She transferred me to Hailey. I asked her what the charge for a incoming domestic wire charge would be. She did not know. She also gave several excuses as to why she didn't. Waiting for computer, she knows outgoing charge, plus other pieces of information I did not ask for or care to hear. After 5 mins of her being rude and uninformed she then flipped it around on me stating that she didnt like the wat I was talking to her. EXCUSE ME??? I SAID NOTHING TO OFFEND HER. I expressed my unhappiness in her ability to answer a simple question. Way to flip it around Hailey. I'm closing my account.

This is a horrible bank. I spoke to four different employees about my bank card having the wrong information and the first person i spoke with said the card would still work, yet it was declined every time i tried to use it. The three other people i spoke with said my new card would be there in 1-2 days and i have still yet to receive my card. It has been over a week that i have not been able to buy anything due to this issue.

Was an excellent customer, luved the bank. The manager in sq hill, horrible lady, did everything in her power to make my experience terrible. Had a debit card, opted out any considerations A trial offer was introduced to me The company, hit the credit card, purchased should of been declined, instead the bank hit me with bounced check charges, the surly manager, refused to intervine When I wouldn't pay the charges, this horrible bank sent me to a collection agency My current bank declines charges, I like doing business there Thanks Richard Greenberg Dakiltman Pittsburghs favorite son
