They will not change your membership level or let you cancel unless you come in person (but they will let you sign up without ever seeing you). They site the reason for this is to prevent fraud, yet I was able to update my credit card info by phone (I could be anyone calling!) I also was not asked for ID when I came in person to cancel (again, I could be anyone). The lack of modern customer service by phone is intentional and illogical. Stop playing this tricky fee game and just give practical customer service that people come back for. Earn money because you are a great gym not because you have a tricky fee structure.

Walked up to the door at 6:35pm to go tanning and the door was locked. I called and the guy said he locked the doors at 6:30pm because he's the only one closing. The hours suck as it is. Don't say you close at 7 and then lock the door at 6:30. That's not my fault you're the only one there.

Good people, clean environment. Equipment in pretty good shape for the amount they are used. Always enjoy my work out.

Been going here twice a week for a year. No pool, but great staff and plenty of equipment. Rock bottom price.

This is a nice gym in a great location. We signed up with our Active and Fit benefits and couldn't be happier with that program.

It’s a great gym , great employees but I’m gonna have to give them 3 stars bc it’s 2023 and yall are still paying your front desk employees $10 in the state of PA and that’s absolutely ridiculous. Especially considering I came across employees with QUALITY customer services and even thought to apply here . Only to be quickly and quietly redirected as a result of your insulting pay rate … then to top it off , you require members to CANCEL MEMBERSHIP at the location they initially applied at … inconvenient and unfair … I moved out of the state and now I have to go out of my way to write a LETTER just to cancel my membership ? This is the reason why people are so hesitant to sign contacts . What a fraud I’ve gotten myself into … #AVOID

Enjoyed the facilities well enough while I was using it, but canceling membership was the worst customer service experience of the last ten years. This location won't take it via phone, email, or Crunch's own website.

I went to this location once for a class and the class (pilates) was great, but in general this location was very small and less nice than their other locations. This location just has your basic machines and cardio equipment, but does not have as much of the functional training/more athletic/cross fit type equipment as other locations and also lacked fitness bands outside of an area roped off for personal training. If the classroom is in use, the stretching area here is quite small. I also did not see a calf raise/extension machine anywhere and did not look like they had any Olympic bouncy weights. This gym gets the job done, but was disappointing compared to their McNight Rd location. I'd hope the cost of a single location membership is less expensive for this location. I do highly recommend the classes here though and enjoyed the massage chair after class!

Where do I start? This Crunch Fitness has gone downhill so much since I initially joined in August 2018. Many machines don't work, many lockers don't lock, and most of the time employees don't even speak to you. Also, would it kill some people to have gym etiquette? This one woman who does the treadmill after 4:00 during the weekdays is the worst. She sings during her workout. It wouldn't be a problem if she was quietly doing it. However, she sings at the top of her lungs. It's so loud that I even hear it when my headphones are at top volume. I get there's no judgements. But at some point you have to say something. Otherwise it's a free for all. I'm not impressed with how this place has gone downhill. The only good thing is that it's convenient and the trainers are excellent. Please bring back Rachel. I'll be cancelling my membership once my contract is over in March.

I called today, calls are not recorded! Disgusting attitude towards customers, manager jennifer - boorish communication (hangs up)! Nicole also introduced herself as a manager, but the customer service number and customer service number does not know I think with such an attitude you will close soon!

I am not and never have a "gym guy" being a little intimidated by the weightlifters, etc. But this place the staff is so friendly and so nonjudgmental, and every time I walk in and leave, I just feel like I've been with some friends! The facility is always clean and there's always plenty of free machines with very few ever under repair. The only problem is a couple of weeks ago it seems they succumbed to the conservative boycott movement and turnEd one of their CNN TVs into a fox propaganda station (and yes they already had a fox tv) and I'm almost positive the music now seems geared toward maga people. So sad.

Even when it’s crowded there is plenty of equipment to use and almost a of it in working order. The gym is clean. It’s nice and cool and with windows all around you feel like you’re outside!I haven’t been here in about a week, however, and it looks like the Maga people took over. They changed one CNN TV to Fox News ….err , propaganda I mean and yes, they already have other Fox News TVs going ; and they definitely changed the music to be more geared towards rednecks… Which, of course are Maga people. So sad. So terribly sad. At a gym…?
