The paint was dull, plastic already looked aged as did the tire walls. These guys were professional, courteous and importantly took superb care of my new vehicle. They coated the car with Feynlab ceramic coatings and now I have peace of mind that the paint is protected from typical Pittsburgh and sometime country gunk. Easy to drop off and pick up. “I highly recommend Ballou Auto Spa for all your car detailing needs. Quentin, the owner, is super nice, extremely talented, and detail oriented. My car was a complete mess when I took it to him, but he worked his magic, and it looks better now than it has in years! The crumbs and dirt are gone, and my car literally sparkles. I couldn't be more thrilled. Quentin knocked it out of the park! Also, I have bad allergies, and I'm sensitive to the scent of some cleaning products. Quentin was kind enough to show me all the cleaning products he uses in advance, and I checked to make sure none of them bothered me--and they were all fine. “I have been going here since they opened and have found them to be superior to the other car washes of a similar type. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Towels, air freshener and window cleaner is always available. The vacuums work great and the staff will pressure wash your "Weathertech" type mats if requested. I just joined their "unlimited monthly carwash club". It is a bargain!”

“Signed up for a basic cleaning on the website, came in based on reviews and location. Was surprised to find this was a one man operation.Brandon was professional, thorough, and transparent. I called him to discuss pricing for my vehicle, my needs, and availability. I showed up, he did the work as described on the site taking out the mats for cleaning, vacuuming the interior, and cleaning down all surfaces.The photos of the work speak for itself, I paid what I was quoted over the phone, and was on my way out within an hour of him starting work. Would gladly go to him again for future work.”

“Shout out to Roy! (or gentleman with the long white beard if I got his name wrong) About a month ago, my car stalled out on 51 thankfully close to Mr. Magic. After getting my car to turn on again, I pulled in and the man working, Roy, talked me through everything I needed to do to get home which was 45 minutes away. my car had never broken down before and I had no idea what to do.
Roy made sure I let my car cool down, checked my dashboard for errors, and had me drive around the lot a few times before leaving to make sure my car wouldn’t stall again right away. He’s the reason I got home safely! I’m so thankfully he was there to help me, otherwise I would’ve been way too freaked out. Customer service here is top tier ? thanks Roy”

“Very nice car wash with a nice amount of amenities. The vacuums are free but the suction is lacking. They have complimentary towels and glass cleaner. The automated wash got my car 9/10 clean. A few spots were left behind but it can't be perfect. The staff was very nice and courteous. I will definitely be going back to wash my vehicle in the future.”

“Definitely my preferred self service car care place. The car wash options are reasonably priced and lots of good upgrades. I appreciate that shell has discount for has and that tire pump and vacuums are available, work well and always neat. They even clean the car wash, which I thought was impressive. I'm really glad this place is available so close to home.”
“So August 1 I pull up to where the membership people go. The gate was open. Nobody was there so instead of backing my car up I went through it because I thought maybe it was just open because it’s so hot out so I pull around and the guy with the dark hair roast skinny dude says, you went through the wrong gate but there was no one to tell me that so I said all you have to do guys are you a member? I said all you have to do is look at my license plate so he did and I’m a member and no apology whatsoever like there should be a sign that it’s broke or somebody should be out there saying hey this is broke Attitudes. Everything in business and I know it’s hot out and I wouldn’t say anything but he’s like this all the time people should smell and be kind dude I have a membership. I’m not trying to get a $10 free car wash, but other than that you guys are one of the best car washes around and I hope he learns to smile and has a better day and puts a sign out to let people know”

Jaison has done paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film installation, and more for me over the years. Many times on a new car taking it from OK to wow every time.

“To get the fit star provide people to wipe down the car. The air drivers still require that I must stop upon leaving to finish the job. I'm from another state and my car wash provides this even on the cheepest wash. Also the last time I got a wash, the rear wiper blade was dislodged. Luckily I wipe down the car and noticed this and reinstalled it. Other car washes provide a protective sleeve to insure this doesn't happen. Amazon sells these for 6 cents a sleeve. Not an unreasonable expense for your operation to get a five stars.”

“This place is better known as the Auto Spa. It is your average sunoco gas station, but it has 4 carwash bays. It is only $1.25 in quarters for 5 minutes of wash time. It's one of the cheaper, do-it-yourself car washes in the area for those who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.”
